个人简介 周肇麟，琵琶制作技师，1984年进入上海民族乐器一厂电子琴车间，1988年师从钟明敏学习琵琶制作，并于1992年在“敦煌杯”琵琶制作比赛中获得第一名。周肇麟于1994年起跟随高占春学习高档专业琵琶的制作，后应上海民族乐器一厂的发展所需，从一名高档专业琵琶制作者，转变为琵琶生产、质量管理、新员工琵琶制作培训的综合管理者。成为管理者后，周肇麟依然在琵琶制作技艺上不断创新：2002年，与上海民族乐器一厂的设计部门合作研制了仿真微型民族乐器；2006年，研制完成了防止琵琶底部开裂的防裂条工艺创新项目，该项目被广泛使用，并获得了国家专利注册的保护。2018年，入选“2017年度中国民族乐器十大改革家榜单” |

| Zaolin Zhou, a Pipa making technician, entered the electronic organ workshop of Shanghai No. 1 National Musical Instrument Factory in 1984. He studied Pipa making techniques with Mingmin Zhong, and won the first prize in the “Dunhuang Pipa Making Competition” in 1992. He studied with Zhanchun Gao of fine Pipa making from 1993. With the development of Shanghai No. 1 National Musical Instrument Factory, he has become a comprehensive manager of Pipa production, quality management and training for new employees. As a manager, he continued to innovate the Pipa making techniques: in 2002, he developed mini-sized models of national instruments together with the designing department of Shanghai No. 1 National Musical Instrument Factory; in 2006, he accomplished the crack-prevention technique innovation project which can prevent cracks at the bottom of Pipa. This technique has been widely used and has been protected by national patent registration. In 2018, He was selected as one of the “Top ten reformers of Chinese national musical instruments in 2017”. | |
